I believe a large part of my heart and vision is based in empathy. This blog is used a tool to understand the synthesis a multitude of educational books, articles, class discussion, lecture, and case studies to summarize the thinking and arguments on this topic. A blog also is an representation of implementing current social media with interactive sites to combine multiple learning styles to share information with a large audience.
I chose a prism to represent that I believe in reflecting the practices of my others and that I am strong enough to stand on my own but my beauty is shown when I employ the skills I gain from others.
The leadership is structured around the Education Leadership Policy Standards developed by the Interstate Leader Licensure Consortium.
We will focus on Standard 1.
