Ask yourself:

*Why do I want to be an administrator?

*What do I stand for as an educator?

*What are the gifts I bring to my work?

*What do I want my legacy to be?

*What can I do to track myself-to remember my heart and vision?

I chose a prism to represent that I believe in reflecting the practices of my others and that I am strong enough to stand on my own but my beauty is shown when I employ the skills I gain from others.
